Creation of CIC2Fs - Centro de Investigação Clínica do Hospital da Figueira awarded by AICIB AWARDS 2021
The Hospital Distrital da Figueira da Foz, EPE is one of the Portuguese institutions whose projects were chosen as beneficiaries of the first edition for the AICIB AWARDS 2021 “Clinical research centers capacitation projects” created by the Portuguese Agency for Clinical Research and Biomedical Innovation (AICIB) with the project: Creation of CIC2F(s) - Centro de Investigação Clínica do Hospital da Figueira.
Addressing the Portugal need for high-quality trial sites performing clinical studies (academia and industry-driven projects) our application to AICIB “CLINICAL RESEARCH CENTERS CAPACITATION” was a creation of a clinical research site at Figueira da Foz Hospital.
CIC2Fs is dedicated to developing and supporting clinical research activities in compliance with national and international guidelines, regulatory requirements, and performance indicators of AICIB and industry stakeholders.
